Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enable daily reminder notifications?
Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > KNO, and enable notifications. You can also set a custom reminder time within the app.
Where are my reflections stored?
Your reflections are stored locally on your device using secure, encrypted storage. Your data stays private and is not transmitted to our servers.
Can I export my reflections?
Currently, reflections are stored locally on your device. We're working on export features for future updates. Contact us if you need help accessing your data.
How many reflection prompts are available?
KNO includes 500 carefully curated reflection prompts designed to spark meaningful self-reflection and personal growth.
Is KNO available for Android?
Currently, KNO is only available for iOS. We're exploring Android development for future releases.
How do I reset the app or clear my data?
To reset the app, delete and reinstall it from the App Store. This will clear all your stored reflections and reset the app to its initial state.
